The price is inclusive of:
- Accomodation in a comfortable and well furnished double bedroom.
- Rich italian breakfast: plentiful choice of milk, coffee, tea, water-bisquits, bisquits, brioches, butter, jam and fruit juices.
- Use of hot and cold water, electric power.
- Linen will be changed every three days.
- Daily cleaning of the rooms (except bedmaking).
- Air conditioning and electric heating.
» Reservation using the form
The reservation shall clearly specify the number of persons in the party, the exact dates of arrival and departure, the type of service as agreed upon and the guest's full address.
For security reason we request the name and surname of all people in the party.
For under-age kids, we request age and degree of relationship with other guests.
» Reservation guaranty
The reservation will be confirmed only once credit card number, owner, and expiration
are sent as a guaranty. The bill will be paid cash.
» Arrival and departure day
Bedrooms are available from 2 p.m and must be left at 11 a.m. on departure day.
» Payment
The bill will be paid cash.
In Vernazza there are two automatic tellers.
» Cancellation policy
Should the renter have to cancel the reservation, the fee will be calculated as a percentage of the rental price, depending on the cancellation date.

- In the event that we cancel a reservation or we are unable to fullfill the agreement
confirmed by fax, mail or e-mail, except proved owing to a cause beyond our control,
we will pay the same penalities as listed above.
- If the guest leaves before the agreed date, he will be charged 50% of the agreed price.
- Confirming the reservation implies that all above conditions are accepted and authorizes us, in case of cancellation or no show, to charge the listed fees using the credit card details you provided.
